I carry these #Gemstones with me always. They're my #metaphysical protection. I have #RoseQuartz to keep my stress levels low, #amethyst to rid me of others' negative energy, and my #Onyx (or #ApacheTear) that has helped me tremendously with dealing with the loss of my mother - it absorbs my negative energy and helps to keep me grounded.
